Who we are
We work with young people in our community, creating structured opportunities to develop their talents, build practical skills and take part in shaping their community. Our work grew out of dance and creative expression, and has grown into a broader youth development platform.

Focus areas
Everything we do sits within these four areas of work.
Supporting young people through mentorship, leadership development, life skills, education and personal development.
Creating platforms for young people to explore, develop and showcase their creativity and cultural expression.
Providing practical skills that can support education, employment, entrepreneurship and economic participation.
Creating opportunities for young people to participate in and contribute to positive community development.
Our approach
A simple pathway that carries a young person from potential to contribution.
Understanding young people's potential, interests and aspirations.
Providing skills, mentorship and personal development.
Giving young people platforms to express themselves and develop their talents.
Connecting young people with people, organisations and opportunities.
Helping young people create positive outcomes for themselves and their communities.
Programmes
