Dance Crew Development
Weekly training, choreography and crew mentorship preparing young dancers to represent our community at regional competitions.
Overview
Our dance crews train consistently through the year with mentorship from experienced dancers and board members. In September 2025 our members and board represented Dream Chasers in Cape Town at the 021 BDC by Project 021 — a trip made possible by our local municipality.
Objectives
- Develop technical dance ability and performance discipline
- Provide consistent, safe, structured weekly activity
- Prepare crews for regional and national competitions
- Develop young leaders within the crews
