Overview
Take It To The Streets is a community arts platform created by Dream Chasers under the theme “Our Streets, Our Stories, Our Culture”. It gives young dancers, rappers and poets a professional stage, an audience and the experience of preparing for and performing at a real event.
Objectives
- Create accessible performance platforms for young artists in our community
- Build confidence, discipline and stage experience
- Strengthen school and community participation in the arts
- Position local creative talent for wider opportunities
Activities
- Open registration and category placement
- Rehearsal and preparation support
